Sean Quigley Contracts Ltd is a civil engineering and construction company serving clients in both the public and private sector. We pride ourselves with having the resources to complete projects from contract award right through to completion, Over our years of experience along with owning an extensive range of plant and having a highly skilled and competent direct labour workforce we have built up a data base of highly skilled and competent sub-contractors, which we use on a regular basis which means we can complete projects on time, within budget, in a safe manner and to the highest of standards.
Our construction projects have comprised of refurbishments, renovations, restoration work including listed buildings, heritage and culture and new builds in all sectors namely commercial, industrial and domestic. Our civil engineering projects range from wastewater treatment plants, sewerage schemes, water main rehabilitation projects, leak repair maintenance contracts, utilities, road infrastructure, bridge construction and bridge rehab, landscaping, sports field development etc.
Health and safety is paramount within all our projects therefore we operate a Health & Safety Management system in accordance with the requirements of the Safe-T-Cert system of which we have obtained accreditation for. Safe-T-Cert is a third party accredited health and safety scheme developed jointly by the Construction Employers Federation in Belfast and the Construction Industry Federation in Dublin, developed specifically for the construction industry
We also operate a fully integrated Environmental and Quality management system which meets the requirements of ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 respectively which we have recently achieved accreditation
